Locking System

Integral locking systems are an essential feature of all Torterolo & Re security doors. The lock is built into each door and frame during its manufacture to the customer’s individual specification to provide a significant competitive advantage in terms of strength and security.

We offer two different locking systems:

TR 400 - “All in one” lock
apartment door locks, door security solutions

  • Key operated with a main cylinder that operates all working parts

  • 3 central cylindrical locking bolts, with additional bolts at top and bottom
   

TR 600 - Double function lock

  • Same features as TR 400, but with additional service key

  • Combined in larger locking case

Both locking systems are available for ENV1627 Class 3 and Class 4, depending on individual customer requirements.

Both locking systems are available for “Push” or “Pull” security doors, depending on individual customer requirements.

Additional security features that are standard on all Torterolo & Re doors are:

  • Drill-proof lock security plate

  • Door limiter – anti smash and grab device, much stronger than a traditional safety chain

  • Spy hole – wide angle for added security
